Fizz is 100% online service, therefore they do not have a public phone number.

Fizz is 100% online, so you can only chat with them and not call them like Videotron and Bell.
You can try to ask your questions here, and we'll help you to the best of our knowledge.
However, the Fizz service is very efficient and fast and can be done via Messenger without any problem.
To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
1- Log in to your account
Access is easier
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and leave a message on one of the platforms:

Yeah fizz is some times a bit different and destabilizing being 100% online but we ended up getting used to it

If you need assistance from the Fizz customer support, you must only chat with them.
First, log to your fizz account.
Then click on this link:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
Click on the green interrogation point when you see it down to the right of the page.
Click on again on the green chat bubble.
A new chat window is opening. you are waiting to the start of a chat session with them.
