Hi Sidney
If any changes have caused a problem, you can factory reset your modem at any time.
Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions as when you first installed it.
IMPORTANT: this operation will reset any changes that have been made to the settings of your Wi-Fi modem to date. You may also have to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your devices (network name, password, etc. .)
The default username of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the corresponding password, are written on a sticker affixed to the back of your Wi-Fi modem (Default Wi-Fi network and Default key).13 -

Hi, sydney
You need to do a reset of your modem.
With a needle, hold on the reset button 35,40 seconds back in the center of your modem and released it after.
Wait 2,3 minutes until you see again the lights of your modem.
If you are connected to the modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen: Easy connect.
Types twice the factory default password back of your modem.
At this moment, your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, functionnal.
Then, just reconnect all of your other devices on your wi-fi network with the same password.5 -

The original password is written on the back of the modem. If you changed it, go for a factory reset (others have already explained how to do it) and then you should be good.4
