Hi Ebrahim
As suggested, you can check the transaction history of your internet plan or from your account profile. You should be able to see a receipt for your first internet payment. I believe the service agreement will be available in your account only following the installation.
You can also check the spam folder of your email inbox.
If there is any issue, you can Live chat with support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Hi, Ebrahim
You have paid 103$ for the first payment when you have subscribed to the 60 mbs plan of Fizz?
I'm sure this invoice included the cost of your montly plan: 60$, the VIP installation:30$ + the taxes= 103.48$
You can see as you want your first invoice on your Fizz account.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Transaction history.
If you want to see: the service agreement, click on it too at this place.3
