I need to merge my Home Internet and Mobile plan, need to know how to do it? Need to know the exact procedure on how to do it.

To reach fizz First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

Sorry this cannot be done. Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer an existing plan from one account to another: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/it-possible-transfer-my-plan-another-account
If you want to share with us the reason for this change, perhaps we can offer some suggestions.
If you wish to discuss with Fizz, you can Live chat with support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Do you currently have 2 separate plans for those services?
If yes, than I do not believe you can merge them together. However, I suggest you contact Fizz support via the various options of communicating with them depending on whether you are using your mobile phone or a computer. You can fin the chat option by the green bubble on the homepage.

If you have two separate accounts for Internet and Mobile and want to merge them, this is impossible.
But you can unsubscribe on your account for the Home Internet and then activate an Internet plan with your mobile account. Then you'll have one account for mobile and internet. But you need to return a modem from the old account and wait for a technician to install your new plan, so it can be inconvenient.2 -
