Have you already initiated the change SIM request?
On your account, go to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Change SIM card
Once the request is complete, try restarting your phone with the new SIM card.
p.s. The self serve option is disabled for now.
The option on your account opens a chat and you will be doing the update with a customer service rep.
You can also Live chat with support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/found-mobile#4
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

First, log to your Fizz account.
Then, click on: My plan
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Change my sim card.7
