Can you transfer data from one plan (mobile #1) to a second plan (mobile #2) held under the same acc

I just added a second mobile number for my spouse, so now have two plans/numbers under my account. Can data be moved, transferred, or gifted between multiple plans/numbers held under the same account? If so, how?
Everything I read about gifting data indicates that gifting occurs between separate accounts, and I am concerned that we won't be able to share our data if needed.

Sure you can you need to use the phone number to do it not the email.

The second account must have a data plan and the first one must have data from the current month, you must donate at least 500Mb with increase of 500, the maximum is 20Gb

Yes. You just need to add the number in with you want the data to be transferred to.
