Why do I have an appointment with a technician if I chose the self installation option?

    The technician will bring your modem and he will make sure you have the proper connections to install it.

    Yes exactly the technician from Vidéotron needs to make sure that the network is good at your place

    I was with videotron and the tech wanted to check signal quality even if everything was going to work anyway, really good service from them
