Referal bonus not paie ?

I'm suposed to have 80$ balance and my referal bonus is only at 40$..

If you qualify for the referral credit, you should see it on your account.

Please refresh the page if needed.

Fizz wrote in their FAQ help page:
"For your information, some referral bonuses are not showing in the account of certain members. Fizz is aware and wants to reassure you: no bonuses will be lost! It’s a display issue our teams are currently working on, and everything should be back to normal shortly."

If you are having issue with the credit, you can contact customer support by chat at any time 24/7:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you need to speak with fizz To reach Fizz
First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
And patience...

If the person who used your referral code left before paying a second month, you will not get that particular bonus. Are you sure both your references are still with Fizz ?

The referral bonus is appearing received when the referred person has paid the second payment and pending when the second payment is not yet done.
Also, please, note if the referred user cancel his Fizz plan before his second payment, you will not get the referral bonus
You can see it in your account.
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My profile
Click on: Referral bonus
And you see all the informations about it.

Thank you everyones they fix it. It's vers appreciated the support you gave me. The systèm got updated last and now everythings is fine.
