Is it possible to get a receipt/statement with my name on it and not just a clients number ?

The invoices will display your account number (but without name / address):
My Plans >> Transaction history

If you need to associate the account number with your name and address, you can print the service agreement contract:
My Plans >> Manage my plan >> Service agreement

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-view-my-service-agreement
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Sorry,
If you want get an invoice of your Fizz plan, you will only see the customer number of your Fizz service.
You can print the services agreement for this service: you'll see your name and adress.
Also, to your Fizz account :click on: Manage my plan
and Click on: Services agreement and Print it.

Like Fizzy and Michel said I don't think it's doable (unless you ask Fizz directly) but I wouldn't think they would do it.
