It looks like Fizz temporarily disabled the function while they are investigating this: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2544662-fizz-members-targeted-text-message-phishing

If you want someone to gift their extra plan data to you, they can still do it by entering your email or phone number. You only need to be added as a contact when gifting Perks.

If you want to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-contacts
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Unfortunately, this option is not available for the moment.
Fizz has blocked temporariley this option, they do an investigation about the Fizz fraud text send yesterday.
