What are the ways to accumulate rewards points?

Hi everybody,
I noticed that we can accumulate points and then get rewards with them but i don't understand how it works.
Can somebody tell me what are the different ways to accumulate rewards points?

As you probably understood with Mike's table, you basically have to be active on this forum.
The more often you are here to give kudos, ask and answer questions, the more points you will earn.

As long as your active on the forum, you will get 5 points for each answer and 5 points per kudo which means you want to get as much answer as possible.
