Is my sim card all of a sudden defective? Please help I need a phone

Why do you think that the problem is the SIM?
Are you sure that the problem is not something else? Can you give us more informations?
Can be a phone problem, a payment or anything else.
If you are sure, you can buy a new SIM and replace it
Replace my SIM card ((My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).

Before replacing anything, please try a SIM card swap with another working phone.
This will help to determine whether there is a hardware issue or problem with the service.
If the SIM is not working, please also check your Fizz account to ensure plan payment is up-to-date.
If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any one of the help links mentioned by Mike from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4
