Hi Rajeev
That's a little puzzling. Is this a new account? After registering, make sure to validate your account by opening the email from Fizz to confirm your email address.
You can try again after that or tomorrow (if there is a temporary glitch with the web site).
You can also contact Fizz support by chat for help at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -
yes it's a new account. validated my account already. trying for the last two days. contacted fizz support ...they couldn't find any issue, they offered to add a payment method and they will to the subscription from their end. but seems that way I won't be able to use the referral code i guess. cache and cookies cleared, ad blockers disabled8

Hi Rajeev
Are you try to do this with all the devices connected to the same Wifi (a company one)
If this is the case, probably your company blocked it.
Do you have any special DNS configured ?
If you do not have any adblocker or any antivirus that manage your configuration, can you try connecting your neighbour’s WiFI or if you have the mobile with the mobile data.9 -
Hi Rajeev,
Sorry you are experiencing those problems with your subscription.
I would recommend to follow Mike's advice. It would be silly not to be able to use the referral code and get your 50$ bonus that comes with a new subscription.4 -
Hi, Rajeev
I hope that follow the Mike's advice has settled the proplem to your internet subscription.2
