This is the community, you need to contact the support by chat at anytime 24/7 with the prove in order to be refund for the modem return:
1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
2- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner. Click on it
