Cant call out ?

I've paid my bill up to date. My plan renewed.
Somethings weird.
I cant make calls out. I receive texts but cant send.
I've checked and rechecked everything.
I need help. No customer service.
Do I switch providers???

You can contact customer support by chat:

1- Logout from your account
2- Open https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
4- Click on the green bubble and select chat
