How do I activate a perk? It says I need an active account, which I have.

I received multiple perks since joining Fizz two months ago. When I try to active any of these perks, including the recent 5Gb gift, it says a perk can only be used on an active plan. What am I doing wrong?

Yvan some perks are only for your internet account and other for your phone account. If you have an account with internet you can’t activate the perk for a phone account.

First, connect to your fizz account.
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
