If you forgot your wifi password, you can factory reset your modem at any time.

Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.

Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions as when you first installed it.

IMPORTANT: this operation will reset any changes that have been made to the settings of your Wi-Fi modem to date. You may also have to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your devices (network name, password, etc. .)

The default username of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the corresponding password, are written on a sticker affixed to the back of your Wi-Fi modem (Default Wi-Fi network and Default key).

Manishnova, if you have the Fizz Wifi app, all passwords are found in it. If you don't have it you'll need the password to log into it so use Fizzy's advice above.

To get your password, you can reset your modem.
With a needle, hold the reset button back in the center of the modem for about 35,40 seconds(10 seconds is not enough).
Released it after and wait 2,4 minutes to see again the lights of the modem.
If your modem is connected to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password (default key) back of the modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100% functionnal.
Reconnect all of your devices on your wi-fi network with the same factory password.
