Hello!
I'm attempting to convince my neighbour to join Fizz but she posed an interesting question. If she has an issue that causes her internet to not work, how can she contact support? Without Internet? She's older and no mobile phone.

Fizz is 100% online, therefore, you cannot if you do not have a mobile with internet or a friend
Fizz does not have a phone service
