Delete a perks to creat slot space for a better one?

Since there is limited space for perks, is it possible yo delete a perks to replace it by a better one you got later on?

a perks do not need a slot in order to be activated

A bonus needs a slot, however, if the bonus was already activated you must replace it, otherwise you need to wait the activation.

Click on the bonus that you want to apply, and click on the slot, if the bonus was activated you will be asked to swap it.

If not, what are the perks on lever 4 and 5 and is it Wort waiting

It sounds like you are referring to the Upgrades.

And yes, when you receive better Upgrades, you can Swap them by replacing the upgrade you already have in your unlocked slot(s).
