Someone who doesnot have Mobile with Fizz is receiving Gifts ans Perks. Do you think it's possible this personne gifts data to someone with Mobile please.

Sorry you need to have a mobile plan (any mobile plan even a basic one) in order to use or gift the mobile data Perks. It's added incentive from Fizz for everyone to signup with more plans.
