I'm moving to a new condo which is just delivered by constructor in Montreal, is FIZZ internet available without videotron limitation for new condo if the address shows available on FIZZ website?

If it is available, you must be able to have it.
However, you need to have the authorization to do the necessary work in order to bring the cable in your apartment.
Usually they need to make a hole and you need to have the authorization.

What do you mean Videotron limitations? Fizz is owned by and runs on the same wires as Videotron, so if you mean a physical limitation, then probably not, if it's a technical one, than maybe.

I would suggest you to contact the Fizz customer service by chat to verify if Videotron's câble will be installed and available in your building.
