Why does my internet keep slowing down every 3 hours?
I bought a new internet with the modem and all the technicians came to install it but the problem is the Internet keeps slowing down every 3 hours, and the only way to make It fast is by restarting. I simply wanted to know if it’s the same with other people, the cable is good. It’s not the Ethernet cable, but I can’t pinpoint where is the actual problem. The Wi-Fi is strong, but the speed of the internet to the modem is slow. Is there a solution I tried talking with an advisor.. I simply don’t want to restart the modem each time for the rest of time.

Sorry you are having internet issues.
If the problem continues, you can try factory reset of the modem by pressing and holding down the small button behind the modem for 10+ seconds with a sharp object like paper clip.
Try to change the electrical socket since it can be some kind of interference from the electrical socket or the modem position
Did you remove all the plastic from the modem and installed in the vertical position?
If this does not help you must contact the support, since you tested with the APP therefore this is not a wifi problem and it can be an hardware problem

Yes, i suggest you to do a reset of your modem.
En you do the reset:
Please, with a sharp object:
press in the reset button at least 35,40 seconds and released it after.
Wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back the lights of your modem.
If your computer is connected to your modem with an ethernet câble: you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Types twice the modem factory password.
Your internet connexion will be 100% functionnal.
Also, connect all of your devices to your wi-fi network with the same factory modem code.4
