In the FAQ page they talk about RCS like it's available, and the they even say if it doesn't work to contact google. I have contacted google team and they told me it's on the side of my carrier the problem that they didn't activate it. I don't understand why Fizz put that on FAQ page like it's there and working... It's not! And fizz has to activated, not Google.

As far as I know fizz didn't offered this service just yet even if shown in the FAQ. When the feature arrives on your phone and providers you’ll be prompted to enable the chat features on your device when opening the android message app.
You are not the first one to mention it and unfortunately for now we have to wait and be patient. RCS is a little more complicated than just turning it on, theres a few rules that need to be tested to make sure it works and that they users are not experiencing communication issues.
