hi so basically i put the rong apartment numer but the rigth adress what do i do?
Basically you have 2 options
- cancel the appointment, and wait for the refund
- contact the support to see if the can modify it for you (Fizz says that it cannot be done)
you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet:
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
You can also send a message via facebook messanger
and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
Unfortunately you will need to cancel your appointment (you will be refunded) and start over.
Here is what Fizz writes:
"Changing the address of an appointment is impossible. If there’s a mistake in the address where the technician is going, you’ll have to cancel that order, and start over with the correct address."
If you are a new customer, don't forget to use a referral code when activating/signing-up for your first plan. This is a great time to join Fizz as they are giving $40 bonus credit to new customers (until December 2nd).

To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.
Sorry about this inconvenience, it seems you will have to start over.
I think that you need to cancel online your actual appointment with the technician and take an other one.
Cancel your appointment and take a new one
I would probably contact support. See what they can do.
