how to add a name to billing?

HI. I was just curious on how I can add a name to my billing information so that two names can be shown under my address. thanks

I think you should contact Fizz with this.
First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.7 -

There is only one name per plan.
If you're talking about adding a new plan for a second person, you are able to create the new plan by following the instructions mentioned in the FAQs. If by any chance you wish to activate a new line and add a user to it so that certain permissions can be managed (suggested for a child, for example), you can certainly do so once the plan is active on your account.

If you have any questions for Fizz, you can Live chat with support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7
