Porting number to Telus

Tried porting my number out to Telus today. It didn’t work with my customer number and I can’t find any other account number they should be using to do so. Am I missing something?
Tried searching the community answers and everyone say the account number is in an area under the phone number but there is nothing there.
Help! I don’t want to change my number.

Sorry to see you go.
You can find your account number under
My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Account ID (It's 8 digits, right underneath your phone number).
Also it can be found in your Service agreeement
My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Services Agreement (click on the pdf to open it).
To allow a successful port, your Fizz mobile plan must be active and you must also give your full name exactly as spelled on your Fizz account.8 -
Make sure you answer yes if fizz send you confirmation question6

Try to contact Fizz support to get some help.
First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.3 -

To get your Fizz account number.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (mobile)
Clic on: Manage my plan
You'll see your Fizz number right underneath your phone number.
If you need more help:
I suggest you to contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
Stay logged to your Fizz account.
Click on: the Green interrogation Point down to the right of the page.
Choose to click on: the green chat bubble.3 -
