Appointment for tomorrow

Hi, I have an appointment to set up internet tomorrow morning. Since we haven't started living there yet, I need to see a receptionist to pass me the key of our apartment. Since she wouldn't be at her office early morning, is it possible to ask to come after 10am?? Thank you.

not you cannot change the appointment hour, if there is a cable inside the apartment the tech probably do not need to access it and he will make all the connections from outside and he will deliver the modem to you

You can change your appointment but the next appointments are around de second week of December

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Hi Mayu,
Since Fizz cannot give you a specific time, you could go to your new apartment early and get your modem if it comes early.
You can probably installl it yourself later if cable internet is already available in your new apartment.
This way, you would not have to reschedule your appointment. And maybe, the technician will be there after 10AM anyway.

If the coaxial câble for your internet connexion is already installed in your appartment, be sure to be present to your installation appointment when the technician will check the signal of your connection and to give you the modem.

You can't choose at what time they come but you can change your date apppointment
