Can i have 02 sim cards (02 numbers) under my Fizz account?

Good day i want to have 02 numbers under my Fizz account is that possible? how to activate my old Fizz Sim cards i dropped for almost a year now. the number that is active in my account now is the one i gave to my sister-in-law.

yes you can have multiple plans in one account.
The Fizz's SIM card can reuse without problems, I reactivate mine 2 times.

However, with the 40$ promotion, probably you are better off with 2 accounts, you can use the referral code from the 1st account to activate the plan to use a second account and get 40$ each account. You need an email for each account

Sometimes it is a good idea to use a browser in private mode (incognito), Pay close attention to characters that are similar, such as O and 0, as well as I and 1.


You can chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Yes you can, but as Mike suggested, it would be interesting for you to open a second account with the 40$ bonus in place until Dec 2nd. To open a second account, you will need to use a different email address.
