Can I cancel my sim card order?

I would lke to cancel it, which I ordered about less than hour ago. I could not find any bubble chat to directly contact any agents, facebook no response so far. thank you.

    you cannot cancel the order

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
    2- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner, click on it and select iMessage

    If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

    To reach Fizz To chat without problem:
    First, connect you to your fizz account.
    Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz
