Change internet plan with immediate effect

is there ANY way to change the internet plan with immediate effect? I am working from home and I need higher download/upload (currently on 10mbps and applied to switch to 30mbps). I have 18 days left on my monthly plan.

Joey try to reach fizz.. with the covid it was okay few months ago to do an early change. Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz

As Lieux mention, you cannot make an immediate change yourself. You need to contact Fizz support for help. Please let us know if they can help accommodate your request.
