Hello,
I just switched over to 5G on my internet plan. My modem deleted the previous SID and changed it to SID_5G. I was able to connect to his on my computer, but my phone could not find the network. How can I connect my phone to this network?

Hi Ryan
In this case, you can search for the WIFI network on your phone or add the 5G SSID manually to your phone WIFI network settings.6 -
Actually it finally found it, but the signal seems weaker than usual5

Ryan, FYI
"The primary difference between 2.4 and 5GHz bands is the range (coverage) and the bandwidth (speed) that these bands provide. For instance, the 2.4GHz band offers coverage at a longer range; however, it transmits data at slower speeds. Instead, the 5GHz band gives less coverage but sends data at faster speeds."6
