Coverage from Toronto?

I want to use the Fizz service only in Toronto, but there is a message that says there is no such coverage

Fizz for the moment is only available in Quebec and Ottawa area, you can use sporadically outside, with a Canada or Canada/USA coverage

Therefore you cannot subscribe if you live in Toronto

If you are in Quebec, and you want to use for most of the time in Toronto you cannot do that too
