Someone is in quarantine at my place and will move to a new address, when she will be released in 2 weeks and after she find a new place. Until then, she would need internet at my place to work and have something to do and relax as well...
Then, she will transfer the modem and account to her new place, once she find it and move into it.
Is it possible to do it? Thanks for your help and thanks for her, to have the time less long during this quarantine period...

Yes you can have the internet installed and moved
However, you have 2 problems
- for the appointment you need an average of 7-10 days for the installation
- if you do not have a cable, the tech cannot enter in your residence in order to install it, since there is a person with the Covid8 -
Hi Ghislaine
Yes it's possible, but note that the wait time for an installation appointment is 1 to 2 weeks.
In the meantime, your friend will need to find an alternate source for internet.
If you already have home internet, perhaps she can have access to it through a guest user account.8
