If I take only calling time for a .month,will I loose the data cumulate over the passed months and will I be abble to use that cumulate data on that month?

Non you will not loose the data cumulated, and you will able to use the data till the expiration associated with the data or you used them all
Be advised every time you modify your plan you will pay the actual price.

Does my rolled over data instantly expire when I change my plan?
Of course not. You keep your rolled over data for two (2) complete payment cycles even if you change your plan during that time, and even if that new plan has no data.
