I am trying to verify my long distance minutes as my account does not correspond with my records. Please tell me where on account to find details of calls made. Thank you.

Fizz does not offer this service
Therefore you cannot have a calls log
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day and ask them
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

For the calls included in your plan, you will not find a record of these calls on your account.
For calls which are covered under your Fizz wallet or a long distance (international) calling add-on, you can go to the pertinent section of the mobile plan on your account to see the details.
Do note that same as other pay-as-you-go services, call times will be rounded up by the minute.5 -

Hi Francois,
The most important part here, is that your must know that every call between 1 sec to 59 sec is considered as 1 minute, everything over 60 second to 159 is considered 2 minutes and so on Fizz is a prepaid service and is ''billing'' per minutes.
