What is the procedure if move too another appartment, do I keep my modem and plug it on the wall and its good to go ?

Yes you need to plan a move and bring your modem

1- Log into your Fizz account and click on My plans.
2-Select your internet plan and click on Manage my plan.
3-Click on Moving my service.
4- Follow the instructions. You’ll have to:
-validate the availability of the Fizz Home Internet service at your new address;
- confirm your new plan;
- schedule your installation appointment at your new address;
- confirm your deactivation date at your current address.

Don’t forget to bring your Fizz Wi-Fi modem with you at your new service address.

Yes, you bring your modem to your new apartment. Also you have to schedule an appointment with a technician. He will check the signal at your new place and if it's necessary he will connect your new place by cable.

On moving day, you will need to unplug the modem and bring it with you.
If the new apartment already has cable internet, you will likely be able to use your Fizz modem right away. In this case, you should contact Fizz support to confirm the status of your plan during the transition.

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
