I have tried to write my name with and without diacritic mark, but no success. I do not have a problem with my card for another payments.

Do you use a Canadian credit card?

You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
- including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
- including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted.
Foreign credit/debit cards are also not accepted.
You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Is your card Visa or Master Card ? Is your card Canadian ? Only those are accepted.
You should contact Fizz directly for additional help.
To do so, log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

Which card are you using?
If the message you are receiving is related to the card holder name, make sure the name and address you enter matches exactly the same info that your financial institution has.

Which card are you using? It might not be your issue, but I had serious issues with my Capital One credit card. Best of luck in resolving the issue2
