I am trying to connect a smart light bulb to the wifi, which requires it to be set at 2.4 GHz. I think my router is set at 5 GHz right now. How can I switch it to 2.4 GHz?

Band Steering ''On/Off''7 -
Hi Jennifer
By default, the Fizz modem has both frequencies (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) enabled and also band steering enabled.
As suggested, one option is to disable band steering on the modem.
If you don't have many devices using wifi and won't be needing the 5 GHz frequency at all, you can disable the 5 GHz all together. In this case, the modem will broadcast only on the 2.4 GHz frequency.6 -
You can try contacting fizz through livechat, on facebook messenger or twitter, they have been very helpful!8
