How to ask another transfer request ?

I lost my phone so I get another one and my boyfriend tell me to go with Fizz. I was with Virgin Mobile and today, I can call out but I cannot recieve. When I call my number, it automatically goes to my Virgin voice mail. I contact them and they ask me to contact fizz to order another transfer request.
How am I supposed to do that ?

The transfer can take up to 2 hours

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-having-problems-transferring-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz-why-what-can-i-do
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.2 -
Suzy wait around 3 hours and after that if nothing change reach fizz Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
