Unable to update the Modem Password?

What a total nightmare it's been. I am unable to update my Modem password. They only I can update the modem password is by knowing the current password. https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2079450-change-wifi-password -- Username: cusadmin Fine that's good but then it asks for a Password and I don't know it. (enter the new password you selected during initial configuration) -- well I don't know that password either.

If any changes have caused a problem, you can factory reset your modem at any time.
Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions as when you first installed it.
IMPORTANT: this operation will reset any changes that have been made to the settings of your Wi-Fi modem to date. You may also have to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your devices (network name, password, etc. .)
The default username of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the corresponding password, are written on a sticker affixed to the back of your Wi-Fi modem (Default Wi-Fi network and Default key).11 -

The default password is wrote in the back of your modem. Which it will be the default for the wifi and the admin page

You need to do a factory reset of your modem ( press in 35,40 seconds the reset button with a sharp object and released it after this time, wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back the lights of the modem
You will see on the screen: Easy connect
Types twice the factory password back of your modem.
And reconnect all of your devices on your wi-fi network with the same password.9
