can't place a call?

hello, my plan has a whole Canada coverage, but when i try to call someone that lives next to me it says i cant call its a long distance number

did you try to add 1 or +1 to your number
You can also try to reboot your phone

Do you have unlimited calls?

If this does not help, feel free to contact the support

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Do you have a new phone number ?
You should not have to dial 1 if you are calling next door.
If you have a new number, is it the the right area code ?
