What credit card payment is not in MCC recurring ?

I just notice the MCC category for fizz payment is not under recurring payment which is abnormal and can impact some customers cashback calculation.
Is there a way for this be changed ?

Multiple users reported this, but Fizz never changed and never explain why

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

When you see it, click on it.

Similar to other prepaid provider services, Fizz payments are not considered recurring.

To qualify as recurring payment, you usually need to have a contract for a fixed term like 2 years.
