Hello, profiles shows appointment cancelled, but would like to reschedule on that exact time and date.
Please help.

Sorry your appointment was cancelled.
You will be able to reschedule another appointment yourself from your account by going to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments. The 'Reschedule' button will appear there. If your appointment was cancelled earlier today, you may have to wait until 24h have passed. You can then choose a new date and time that's best suited for you.

I am a bit confused did they charge my credit card already?
I have not moved into the Condo yet, does the Technician delivery the modem/router?4 -

Fizz is prepaid. For the home internet plan, you are charged for the first month when you register / sign-up. There are no additional charges unless you opt for the $30 VIP installation.
The second payment will be taken 1 month after the installation is complete.
