SMS coverage Qc?

I have a unlimited SMS /calls and I chose only Qc for my coverage . Can I send SMS to USA with no additional fee's?

Yes if you are in Québec, you can send SMS everywhere, if you have unlimited SMS with non additional fees when you are in Québec (Therefore the coverage FIZZ)

Yes, as long as you are within your area of coverage , the SMS are unlimited internationally.
