Why couldn’t I text or call from my fizz cellphone, while in England, ?

If I added10$ to My Wallet, why couldn’t I text or call from my fizz cellphone, while in England, ? I was only able to get calls, as were all the other cells, wiho didn’t add any money in their Wallet!

The calls are not working outside Canada and USA it is very strange that you were able to receive calls.

Important : You will not be able to make calls while roaming outside your Canada or the United States.
Roaming calls (incoming or outgoing) will be available at a later time. We will update this FAQ when we have a firm date.
In the meantime, you will be able to use data, and send/receive texts when you travel outside your coverage zone. To make and receive calls, you can use messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger.

For the SMS can your try to reboot the phone?

You can contact Fizz support by chat for help, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

As Mike mention, for now, Fizz has calling service only while you are in Canada or USA.

For texting and data, make sure to enable roaming on your phone settings. Incoming texts are always free to receive (regardless of your location). The pay-as-you-go rates for Europe are
- $0.10 for each outgoing text.
- $0.12 per MB for mobile data.

For mobile data, you may also purchase any of the following travel add-ons.
- $3 for 250 MB of data
- $4 for 500 MB of data
- $5 for 1 GB of data
Once you buy a travel add-on, it is available for immediate use and it is valid until the end of your next renewal cycle or until you use it all up.
