Intermittent connection (modem reboots)

Just got the service put in maybe 3 weeks ago. I noticed for the passed 3 weeks the modem reboots on its own , maybe 2-3 times so far which is a no go for me since i work from home. I assume its the modem or more the line with the signal. As far as I know the guy that came said line was fine at install. The coax cable is tight on both ends. Had bell prior and no issues with reboots but that was on fiber. Have no issues going back but prefer the cheaper price service as anyone else

You can also try a factory reset of the modem, using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 20 seconds, once your modem has restarted, wait 2 or 3 minutes follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it..
The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.

You can also contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
