I've been a customer of fizz for nearly 1 1/2 years with no issues.
Now that i have an issue, i understand those that get frustrated.
It is really frustrating NOT being able to talk verbally with a human to solve this simple issue but have to wait hours for someone to reply on Twitter or other method and then it's back and forth over a few hours.

the faster way to chat with someone is the chat and not twitter or facebook7 -

If you think fellow users here can help, you can ask for help here in the community hub.
If you want to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

I have seen other customers are having issue with specific cards as well (notably Desjardins Visa). It seems that some cards work better with Fizz's billing system than others.
Unfortunately to get your service restored asap, is there another card you can use?
Some prepaid cards like Koho will work as well.7 -
Hello Eric, I had 2-3 issues, you have to be patient with the chat sometime not showing but customer service is good. Best luck8

When a real problem occurs, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone.6 -

Took 2 weeks to solve a credit card address issue.
Everything is fine now. Just have to be patient, but I agree, it can be frustrating.6 -
