I can´t add more data, why my account appear like "activation pending"?

I changed my plan from another operator to fizz, I was able to reactivate but the account still shows "pending activation" ...... now I need to buy more data and I can't

this can be that the transfer is not complet, you need to wait 2 hours
If after 2 hours the account is still in pending mode, you need to contact the support to check with them
You can contact Fizz support by chat for help, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-the-internet
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.6 -

Also, if you want to change your plan to have more data, you might have to wait for your next payment cycle. You can contact Fizz by chat or by Facebook Messenger to check with them.8 -
I would wait a bit longer. the pending should go away in a few hours4
