I can't connect to Wi-Fi.?

I've been trying since Monday, last week. Every time I try I do not connect. But FIZZ tells me, in the chat, that they can see it online. I don't know what to do except to cancel and try again?

Did you try to connect to your modem with an ethernet cable?
Do you have the DHCP in automatic in your network card?
What are the led status in from of the modem?5 -

Please try restarting the modem. As others mention, is the internet working when you connect your device directly to the modem by ethernet cable?
If the problem happens only with wifi, are you using the wifi of the Fizz modem?
Make sure you are using the correct password. The default password can be found on the white label affixed to the back of the modem. Be careful if the password contains of the common looking characters like "0", "O", "1", "I", "l"...
If the default password does not work, you can try factory reset of the modem. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10+ seconds. Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the help page from the Solution Hub, like the help page listed above.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5
