Internet plan at regular price after perks

If I look at Fizz's site, the 120MB plan is $60 (This is with no login, just browsing their site), but it is costing me $60 after $5 of perks per month. Why is that?

You must contact the support in order to reduce your plan to the actual price

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

lol....thanks. I am sure that means they would also forget to charge me more should the prices go up
